Dear Families and Friends,
|
There is a real sense of excitement as the final preparations and touches are made to our bi-annual 'We Are One' concert. We look forward to hosting family and friends and hope that you thoroughly enjoy the opportunity to relax, catch up with friends and be entertained for the night. Please keep in mind that food is available from 5:00pm and children will need to be in their classrooms from 6:30pm.

On Wednesday morning our student leaders and our early years classes attended the annual Smile-A-Mile event at the Humpty Doo Village Green. The event is part of the celebrations for children's week and provides loads of fun free activities for children in the community. I know our students had a fun filled morning and enjoyed getting involved in all the happenings. I was particularly proud of our student leaders with a number of stall holders sharing with me how responsible, mature and helpful they were.

Last weekend a number of our families enjoyed the Darwin Show with some of our students participating in events. Further in the newsletter we celebrate with some of our students who participated and featured at the show.
|
Next week at school families are invited to come and join us for our St. Mary of the Cross Liturgy on Thursday at 8:20am in the undercover area.
