A MESSAGE FROM THE PRINCIPAL

unnamed
Hi All,

I would like to take the opportunity to welcome back all our students and families for Term Four. This term we also welcome some new students, in Mason and Maddi Connell as well as returning student Ruby Relton. I am sure that everyone at the school will make them feel most welcome.

This week we have been celebrating the Feast of St Francis of Assisi through a number of activities across the school. On Wednesday we had a special petting zoo as St Francis is the Patron Saint of animals. A big thank you to parents Katie Reynolds and Sarah Kukulies for helping to organise this wonderful event.

On Thursday we had a special mass at the Humpty Doo Parish Church led by Bishop Charles and Father Rodrigo. Our celebrations will culminate with our assembly on Friday which will focus on the life of St Francis.

Fortnightly Newsletter
This term as a trial, the school will switch to a fortnightly rather than weekly newsletter. The school will continue to communicate with families through other sources such as Class Dojo. Towards the end of the term, I will reach out to families about this trial prior to making an ongoing decision for 2025.

2025 Intentions
The school is beginning the process of forming class groupings for the 2025 school year. To carry out this task it is important that we are aware of which students will be returning next year and which students are leaving us.

Staff spend considerable time forming class groupings to best meet the social and academic needs of all students. The more information that is available to us ensures that this process is as efficient as possible. Please complete the online form below as soon as possible:
