A MESSAGE FROM THE PRINCIPAL

This week brings a close to the term and semester. Earlier this week all student reports for Semester One were sent home. The school is using a new platform for reports this year so you may notice some slight changes in the format of the reports.
Please take the chance to read through the report to gain insights into your child's progress and achievement. If you have any questions, please contact your child's classroom teacher. The school will also hold Conversations for Learning Meetings next term.

For the last two weeks our senior students have been participating in swimming lessons at the Goldfish Bowl Swim School in Palmerston. Swimming is a vital life skill and this program is funded through the Northern Territory Government's Swimming and Water Safety Education program. Our junior students will take part in the swimming program during Term Four.

It was wonderful to take part in the recent Eucharistic Procession in Darwin City to mark the feast of Corpus Christi. Bishop Charles lead the mass at the Cathedral followed by a procession of parish and community groups through the streets of the Darwin CBD. It was a unique opportunity to see all of the many and varied parts of the Catholic community come together in one place.

Night in Italy School Fundraiser
|
A final reminder that the school will hold our Night in Italy School Fundraiser tonight, Thursday June 18 between 6pm and 8pm. Our organising committee have put together a wonderful evening of food and entertainment. We have been blown away by the generosity of a number of local businesses who have made incredible donations which will be raffled on the night - thank you all!
