Complaints and Concerns
Issues may occasionally arise during your child’s schooling. These are best addressed by raising them directly with the school as early as possible. If you are unsure who to contact, please begin by speaking with your child’s classroom teacher. Should the matter remain unresolved, you may then refer it to the Principal. In some instances, it may be appropriate to contact the Principal directly.
Complaints and concerns can also be raised with Catholic Education Northern Territory via its website: https://www.ceont.catholic.edu.au/contact/complaints-feedback/
