Dear Families and Friends,
This week we celebrate Refugee Week. The theme this year is ‘Celebrating the Year of Welcome’. Throughout this week, the children have watched stories of refugees to help them understand what it might bes like to be a refugee.
Congratulations to Delilah who recently entered the 2020 Schools Poetry and Short Story Competition. Her entry has passed the first round of judging and we are waiting for confirmation that the story will be published.

Our facebook page is a wonderful platform to share good news stories and information. Did you know over the past term we have been publishing our school award assemblies through facebook so that parents could still be part of the celebration.
Next Friday the School Choir will be performing two songs that they have been working very hard to learn; so please make sure you jump on our facebook page and have a look.
To celebrate a wonderful term we are inviting everyone to come to school in casual sun-smart clothes on the last day of term, next Friday.
