This week we have been celebrating the most important time in the Church's calendar year, Holy Week and Easter.
|
|
The children have been participating in activities and learning all about Palm Sunday, the Last Supper, Garden of Gethsemane and the Crucifixion. When we return after the long weekend we will also learn more about Jesus' resurrection.
|
Thank you to Tracy Lindquist who has coordinated and organised the activities each day, the children have really enjoyed the hands-on experiences.
|
Last week the children in year 5 and year 3 participated in the NAPLAN Online practice testing. NAPLAN is one of the many assessment tools that the school uses to inform us of what the children know and what we need to teach them. Next term the children will participate in the national NAPLAN testing.

Next term on the first Friday, we have our school photos being taken. Forms have been sent home and payments can be made online. For sibling photos, another form must be collected from the office. For any further assistance please do not hesitate to come and ask at the school.
